Job Responsibilities Creative Contribution & Concept Development • Participate actively in brainstorming sessions for festive themes, installations, digital content, and brand storytelling.

• Provide mood boards, sketches, visual references, or style concepts to support creative pitches. Brand Photoshoots & Styling • Assist in planning and coordinating brand photoshoots for campaigns, uniforms, and internal brand assets.

• Support on-set styling: garments, accessories, props, steam-touchups, continuity and visual alignment. • Help manage lookbooks, brand imagery folders, and post-shoot asset organization.

Uniform Brand Asset Roll-Outs • Support the creation of uniform guidelines, fit notes, technical packs, fabric swatch boards, and rollout briefs. • Attend uniform fittings, record measurements/feedback, and assist with production follow-ups.

• Coordinate samples, deliveries, and uniform brand alignment across departments. Styling & Décor Assistance • Help with coordination, production & styling for events, VIP visits, press moments, and internal showcases.

• Support décor placement, prop styling, and aesthetic alignment for brand events or shoots. Brand Experience Projects (General) • Assist with deck design, visual presentations, storytelling, and project documentation.

• Support operational tasks during live events, rehearsals, installations, and technical tests. • Apply cultural awareness to creative concepts, festive themes, brand storytelling and uniform aesthetics.

• Participate in creative discussions and understand how cultural nuances influence guest experience. Venue/Facilities Management • Support venue walk-throughs, installation planning, and décor setups for festive activations and brand events.

• Learn venue operations such as electrical load planning, fire safety considerations, AV setup, and guest flow mapping – work & communicate with facilities, WSH, licensing and partnering departments to update and clear orderly of event/installation specifications.

Partnership related Events • Assist with brand partnership deliverables, media preview preparations, and internal briefing coordination. • Support stakeholder communication through presentation decks, recap reports, and alignment documents.

Experiential Management • Contribute to the development of festive light shows & brand related thematic activations, and guest experience enhancements.

• Observe guest interactions and assist with post-event evaluations to improve future experiences. Vendor & Resourcing • Assist with vendor sourcing, tender preparation, quotation comparison, and scope documentation.

• Event collateral soucing and working with procurement team on administrative order and management or stock management • Observe negotiation and coordination meetings with creative agencies, suppliers, and production partners.
