Role overview

What you'll own

  • Support ideating and realizing cost savings goals.
  • Support global packaging material quality improvements across Mars Snacking by collaborating cross-functionally with packaging engineers, global factories, and Quality & Food Safety teams.
  • Collaborate with packaging engineers in different organizations across the Mars Snacking Segment, including North America and Accelerator
  • Collaborate with cross functional team members including product development, equipment engineering, activity management, finance, industrial engineering and others.

Requirements and eligibility

  • We are looking for agile students who have a drive for results, a desire to learn, and who can quickly build relationships.
  • We are looking for students who are passionate about packaging and the consumer products industry.
  • Prefer a student earning a Packaging Engineering degree or minor
  • Open to students legally authorized to work in the U.
