About Marvell Marvell’s semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities.
At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead.
Your Team, Your Impact Marvell is a global leader in high-performance silicon and AI infrastructure, powering the world's most advanced datacenters, cloud platforms, 5G networks, and AI/ML workloads.
Our innovations drive next-generation computing, networking, and storage, enabling breakthrough performance, scalability, and efficiency for the most demanding applications.
This team at Marvell builds the silicon solutions that power next-generation Physical AI — where AI perceives, reasons, and acts in the real world. Working closely with architects, hardware designers, and ML practitioners, the team brings intelligence directly onto silicon — training compact models, building autonomous agents, and proving out what next-gen Physical AI hardware can do for tomorrow's edge, robotics, and autonomous platforms.
What You Can Expect Key Responsibilities • Build Working Prototypes – Develop end-to-end systems that take real-world input (e.g., video, audio, sensor streams) and run intelligence on our platforms.
• Perception & Understanding – Build models that process and interpret real-world data to understand the environment. • Agentic Physical AI – Add autonomy so the system can reason, decide, and act on what it perceives.
• Model Training & Tuning – Train and fine-tune ML models and Small Language Models (SLMs) to run efficiently on-device. • Map to Silicon – Decide how these workloads should run on next-gen AI silicon and optimize for compute, memory, and networking.
• Experiment & Share – Test ideas, measure performance, and share findings with architects and the team. What We're Looking For Requirements — Core Skills • Strong foundation in machine learning, computer architecture, and operating systems.
• Hands-on with AI/ML modeling, training, and fine-tuning using PyTorch or TensorFlow. • Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python, and CUDA.
• Familiarity with robotics, perception, sensors, or real-time control. • Networking and security fundamentals for on-device and edge systems. • Ability to generate ideas, run experiments, and communicate results clearly.
Preferred Skills • Exposure to edge computing, robotics platforms, or embedded AI. • Experience with model optimization, quantization, or on-device inference.
• Familiarity with profiling and performance analysis tools. • Interest in agentic systems, AI accelerators, or next-generation AI silicon.

Additional Compensation and Benefit Elements With competitive compensation and great benefits, you will enjoy our workstyle within an environment of shared collaboration, transparency, and inclusivity.
