Program Components -Impactful assignments that drive business results -Networking sessions and executive speakers’ series -Volunteer and team building experiences -Global Intern Challenge / Hackathon Job Description: • Use the expertise to provide best in class go to market support for Core products.

• Use data analytics to define product gaps and customer needs and define customer experience. • Assist with the creation of training materials and development activities to advance the capability of the downstream marketing team and account teams.

• Provide design specifications for product enhancements to Product Development. • Define business and technical requirements, and manage the relationships of technical resources and the Global Technology Organization to maintain and build out platforms.

• Develop customized product strategies, roadmaps and execution plans for Credit and CPS products with issuers to drive business and ensure maximum penetration of market segments.

• Leverage compelling backs assets to drive card programs with issuers and provide go to market expertise to drive best in class go to market execution.

• Manage and maintain existing product lines, conduct portfolio management and new products Go-To-Market on an on-going basis, including partner management.

• Conduct opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts for product refreshment. All about you: • Highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and a strong team player.

• Extremely organized and able to independently manage multiple projects and initiatives with varying scope concurrently. • Excellent relationship building skills; able to foster and maintain strong, positive working internal and external relationships across multiple business functions and markets.

• Highly customer focused with a demonstrated ability to understand and respond to customer needs. • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, able to clearly tailor the message to the audience and communicate complex products and processes.

Qualifications: • Undergraduate or master’s degree with an expected graduation date between Dec 2027-July 2028. • This role is not eligible for Mastercard’s work authorization sponsorship.

• Able to commit to an internship period from 5 July 2027 to 27 August 2027. • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and the local office language (viz.
