Play a critical role in achieving business results by designing and executing key strategies while you gain broad knowledge of Medtronic’s marketing, business development or strategy functions.

Assignment areas may include: •           Upstream Marketing •           Market & Therapy Development •           Downstream Marketing •           Business Development •           Business Strategy Our summer internships are full-time (40 hours/week), paid positions lasting 11 weeks.

Successful candidates in the internship will be considered for the full-time Leadership Development Rotation Program (LDRP) upon graduation. Location and Work Model The MBA LDRP Internships are based in Minneapolis, MN.

All interns must reside in the U.S. for the duration of the internship. Medtronic is working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of its commitment to professional growth, cross-functional collaboration, and engineering the extraordinary.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements To be considered for a Summer 2027 MBA LDRP Internship, your resume must clearly demonstrate how you meet each of these basic requirements.

• Working toward an MBA with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2028 • Ability to participate full time, 40 hours per week, as part of the intern cohort from June 1-August 13 for semester system programs or June 14-August 20 for quarter system programs.

• Applicants for Medtronic’s Summer Internship Program must be currently authorized to work in the United States. Medtronic does not sponsor work authorization for internship positions.

Individuals on temporary visa classifications, including E, F‑1 (CPT or OPT), H‑1, H‑2, L, B, J, or TN, as well as anyone who requires employment sponsorship now or in the future, are not eligible for the Program.

• Minimum of 4 years (48 months) full-time work experience Nice to Have: Preferred Requirements • 4+ years of progressive professional experience with increasing responsibility • Global experience through international work, study, or cross-cultural collaboration • Interest in technology, healthcare, medical devices, or innovation demonstrated through academic or professional experience • Passion for advancing healthcare and improving patient outcomes For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl.
