What you'll own
- The internship program includes:
- Develop and maintain engineered labor standards, including time and motions studies, process optimization, and process documentation
- Work with store operations and scheduling teams to create Standard Operating Procedures based on engineered standards
Requirements and eligibility
- Progress toward a bachelor's or advanced degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and other office products
- Carefully reviews work to ensure accuracy in assumptions and calculations
- Problem Solving - Probes all fruitful sources for answers, and looks beyond the obvious to assemble and interpret data
Preferred, not required
- 3.0+ GPA preferred
- Prior experience working with engineered standards and labor budgeting is a plus
