Meijer offers an 11-week internship program that challenges interns to deliver innovative solutions to real projects that impact the business. Throughout the course of the internship experience, we deliver diverse personal and professional development opportunities that further develop skillsets that can be implemented both during and after the program.

The internship program will allow for interaction with other interns and Meijer senior leaders. The internship program includes: • Challenging and impactful projects • Final presentations delivered to senior executives • Executive speaker series • Professional development and training opportunities • Networking and community events • Events highlighting key areas of the business What you will be doing as a Store Experience Intern : The Meijer Store Experience Internship Program will provide college students with a well-rounded retail educational experience providing an opportunity for an Intern to lead a project impacting the customer or Team Member experience.

At the end of the Store Experience Internship Program students will be able to: • Develop competencies in key areas of research, leadership, training and presentation skills • Have a clear and concise understanding of store experience operations The intern may also get exposure to other activities of the function, including: • Store Operations • Store Support Training • Store Fulfillment Qualifications : The Meijer Store Experience Internship Program is an experiential education program designed for students currently enrolled in an academic degree program, who are considering future careers in this exciting field.
