Department Overview Human Resource Job Description The HR Intern will partner with members of the North Asia HR team and other cross-functional departments, supporting various initiatives related to HR Operations, Rewards & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Talent Development in the North Asia region.

Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate HR operations & Administration including but not limited to employee records, employee onboarding & offboarding, overtime management, employment verification etc.

• Support our employee engagement by developing initiatives and bringing new ideas to increase participation, especially in the area of engagement, well being and inclusion.

• Work with HR vendors to roll out employee engagement and talent development programmes • Help ensure HR practices align with local employment regulations and corporate global policies/ practices • Assist the HR team with regional HR projects, employee data analysis or talent development as needed • Perform data analysis/ reporting Basic Requirements • ​ Study in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines • Good writing and communication skills, attention to details and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality • Self-starter and willing to take on initiatives independently • Flexibility and agile mindset to handle tasks or projects that may have multiple moving pieces and unexpected changes • Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the work deliverables • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint or the equivalent in Google Suite Travel Requirements None Relocation Provided None Position Type Intern Referral Payment Plan No EEO Statement Motorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
