Job Description Our Business Excellence Internship Programme is the perfect opportunity to begin your career journey in the pharmaceutical industry. During your placement, you will develop both technical and professional skills while working on meaningful projects that contribute to improving and extending the lives of patients around the world.

So, what will you be responsible for? Bringing energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following responsibilities: • Support and leads Continuous Improvement projects as required • Supports team specialists with tasks • Updates dashboards, metrics, excel files • Participates in tier meetings, Leader Standard Work (LSW) walks, problem solving • Design, develops, supports innovative and digital solutions as required • Supports other Business Excellence teams within the department • Participates and gets involve in supporting site events and projects • Develops power point presentation • Rolls out presentations to various levels of the organisation What skills you will need: • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related technical discipline.
• Proficient in Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Project Management skills • Strong Communication Skills and organizational skills • Comfortable presenting ideas and participating in meetings or workshops.
• Is a team player and enjoys working as part of a Team • Strong customer focus mind set • Strong continuous Improvement mindset • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
