Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and a team spirit to carry out the following: ·       Support in the recruitment process including candidate screening, competency-based interviews and other adhoc duties ·       Supporting all Ireland branding initiatives across print, social media and radio ·       Participate in designing and implementing of our 2027/2028 Future Talent activities such as hosting webinars, supporting events, and be a team member of the Ireland Future Talent coordination team ·       Engage with Senior Talent Acquisition Partners on project initiatives and support the team were required ·       Having experience or interest in creating digital branding materials an advantage The ideal person will have: ·       Working towards a HR qualification or relevant discipline ·       Have an interest for working in a large matrix healthcare organisation ·       Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset If successful in this role you will be working in a hybrid model of virtual and onsite (2-3 Days per week) which can be in our Cork or Dublin offices.
