Job Description The Complaint Operations Intern will support the Product Quality Complaint Management team in handling, tracking, and monitoring product quality complaints.
The intern will gain exposure to pharmaceutical quality systems, complaint management processes, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication while ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements Primary activities include but are not limited to: Complaint Management Support Assist in reviewing and processing product quality complaint records.
Support accurate entry and maintenance of complaint information in electronic quality systems. Assist in monitoring complaint workflow and tracking record status.
Support coordination of follow-up requests with internal stakeholders. Data Management & Reporting Compile complaint-related data for management reports and dashboards.
Support monthly complaint trending activities. Perform data verification and quality checks to ensure accuracy. Documentation & Compliance Assist in maintaining complaint documentation and records.
Support preparation of meeting minutes and action trackers. Ensure documentation complies with company procedures and quality standards. Support preparation of routine communications and status updates.
Process Improvement Participate in continuous improvement projects related to complaint operations. Support development of job aids, work instructions, and process documentation.
Assist in identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements Stakeholder Support Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Collaborate Complaint Investigation Unit (CIU), and other cross-functional teams as required. Support management with ad hoc projects and operational activities.
