System Office for Asia – Enterprise Technology Procurement (ASO - ETP) IT Procurement Intern (APAC) Internship Period: 11 January 2027 – 30 June 2027 Job Description: The Procurement Intern will gain exposure to various tasks relating to sourcing, vendor management, procurement operations, and procurement risk.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience for anyone considering a career in Procurement. Key Responsibilities: •    Assist in the preparation of procurement documents, which may include requests for proposals (RFPs) and purchase orders.

•    Assist in the update of Procurement database and tools to ensure all information is accurate and up to date. •    Assist in the analysis of market trends and supplier performance and contribute to category management and sourcing strategies.

•    Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations. •    Assist in resolving Procurement issues. Job Requirements: •    Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. •    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Learning Opportunities: •    Exposure to collaborate with cross-functional teams within CIO function.

•    Exposure to working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment. •    Exposure to end-to-end procurement processes. •    Develop negotiation and vendor management skills.
