Our Summer Internship Programme is an opportunity for you to experience what it is like to work within MUFG and determine where you want to take your career.

We are currently offering internship opportunities in Global Corporate Banking stream, you will work alongside corporate banking colleagues supporting relationship management, client analysis and the development of solutions for local and multinational corporate clients.

The role offers exposure to cross-border business, internal product partners and disciplined risk-aware decision-making. What you will do • Support research on clients, industries, markets and relevant economic developments.

Assist with preparation of client materials, account planning and internal presentations. • Help analyse client needs across financing, trade, cash management, treasury and cross-border banking services.

• Coordinate with product, risk, compliance and operations stakeholders to support client-related work. • Contribute to projects that improve client coverage, data quality or team effectiveness.

Job Requirements: • Penultimate-year students from a reputable university with strong academic results; • Students pursuing Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or other relevant disciplines are preferred; • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder-management skills; • Demonstrated commercial awareness and an interest in corporate clients, financial markets and cross-border banking solutions; • Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required.

Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage; • Self-motivated with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in corporate banking and relationship management; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and present information clearly; and • Willingness to learn, take ownership and demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude.
