Role overview
What you'll own
- Support new item ordering and tracking activities.
- Create, request, and track return authorizations.
- Request GNP product images for reporting agencies.
- Track contract status and support related administrative follow-up.
Requirements and eligibility

- Ability to manage administrative tasks, tracking activity, and documentation accurately.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and business partners.

- No formal category management experience required; prior work experience in customer-facing fields is a plus.
