Technical Analyst Co-op – Data Operations Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Analyst Co-op to join our Data Operations team.

This role offers hands-on experience working with data pipelines, CRM systems, and cloud-based data platforms. The co-op student will support ongoing initiatives including CRM platform migration, data processing, automation, and documentation , while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and reliability across systems.

Key Responsibilities • Assist in CRM data migration activities , including data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading • Support daily data operations , including monitoring data pipelines and troubleshooting data issues • Help maintain and enhance ETL processes using Python, SQL, or other tools • Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness • Work with cloud platforms (e.

g., GCP) to support data storage and processing workflows • Contribute to automation of manual processes using scripting or workflow tools • Create and maintain technical documentation for data processes, pipelines, and workflows • Assist in building or enhancing reports and dashboards (e.

g., Power BI) • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and support business needs Qualifications • Currently enrolled in a program related to Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field • Basic knowledge of Python and SQL • Familiarity with data concepts such as ETL, data quality, and relational databases • Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) is an asset • Experience with tools like Power BI, Excel, or similar reporting tools is a plus • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have (Not Required) • Experience with workflow automation tools (e.

g., Power Automate, Airflow) • Familiarity with version control (Git) • Understanding of data warehousing concepts • Experience working with APIs or file-based data transfers (SFTP, CSV, etc.
