Requirements and eligibility
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
Preferred, not required
- Familiarity with AI tools, data analysis, or project management platforms is a plus.

Customer Experience Center Intern – Overview As a Customer Experience Center Intern at NCR Atleos, you will support the Global Brand Experience team in creating engaging customer experiences that showcase our solutions, culture, and innovation.
This internship provides hands-on exposure to customer engagement, executive briefing programs, event management, communications, and project coordination while supporting the operations of our Customer Experience Center (CEC) and Innovation Lab.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help deliver impactful experiences for customers, prospects, partners, and employees. Key Responsibilities: • Support Customer Experience Center (CEC) operations, tour readiness activities, and visitor engagement programs.
• Assist in planning and executing customer events, executive briefings, trade shows, and internal engagement initiatives. • Help maintain event project plans, content inventories, guest communications, and program documentation.
• Support the continued evolution of the Atlanta CEC and Innovation Lab through content updates, experience enhancements, and operational process documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution and positive customer experiences. • Collect, analyze, and report on event metrics, customer engagement data, and program effectiveness measures.
• Assist with the development of presentations, briefing materials, and communications supporting customer-facing programs. • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve team productivity, content development, and event planning processes.
• Document project outcomes, best practices, and continuous improvement opportunities. Qualifications: • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating exceptional experiences. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Interest in event planning, customer experience, brand engagement, and executive communications. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
