SPECIAL PROJECTS INTERN Eyewitness News (WEHT/WTVW) serving Evansville, Indiana, DMA is looking for a special projects intern.  The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, producing, and editing the station’s annual Christmas program and other smaller projects.

The Christmas show includes local bands and choirs performing Christmas songs.  This is  a non-paid internship, but it is an excellent opportunity to earn college credit and gain valuable experience with tangible results to show at the end.

Applicants must be college students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and eligible to receive academic credit for the internship, as required by their educational institution.

Internship Details : • Organize, coordinate, produce, and edit the station’s Christmas show. • Will be well supervised and participate in a meaningful learning experience • Must be available to work a dayside shift in late November/Early December Requirements & Skills : • Must have basic skills and knowledge of TV audio and video editing systems and equipment • Must have good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines • Ability to follow and implement instructions • A collaborative worker with a willingness to learn • Assist with other station-related duties as assigned SCAM ALERT: Please be aware candidates may be at risk of being targeted by scammers seeking personal data or money.
