Sports & Community Impact Internship

LOOKING FOR NIKE Inc’s European Logistics Campus (ELC) in Laakdal, Belgium serves a large network of retailers, Nike stores and consumers not just in Europe but across the world.

To be successful in the role our interns need to be self-starters who strive to drive innovation to win as a team! Additionally, we are looking for students who are: •    Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree/or equivalent in Business Management, Sports Management, Sport & Movement, Communications, Social Impact, Marketing, or a related field •    Fluent in English and Dutch, with excellent verbal and written communication skills •    Foster effective teamwork, act with courage, embraces change, and continuously growing through feedback, reflection and an athlete mindset •    Demonstrate curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools responsibly •    Passionate about sport, community, and creating positive impact through meaningful experiences •    Creative and collaborative, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders; experience with tools such as PowerPoint, video editing, Photoshop, or InDesign is a plus IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST •    Be enrolled as a full-time student for the full duration of the internship at a university or higher education institution in Belgium •    Be available for a full-time (30-37.

5 hours a week), three-month internship, starting on 1 February 2027 •    Be able to work in a hybrid model, spending three days per week at our Nike Inc ELC Campus, Nikelaan 1, 2430 Laakdal and two days from home (Free shuttle bus available on a daily basis from Antwerp Central Station – Nike ELC) WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON As a Sports & Community Impact Intern, you'll help bring Nike's commitment to creating a healthy planet, active communities, and an equal playing field for all to life.

You'll be part of the Community Impact team, collaborating with internal and external partners to create meaningful experiences that inspire participation in sport and strengthen communities across the Nike ELC ecosystem.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to: •    Support the planning and delivery of sport, wellbeing, and community impact programs that engage employees, families, and local communities •    Collaborate with internal and external partners to increase participation in sport and create meaningful community experiences •    Contribute to initiatives that promote access to sport and positive outcomes for local communities, including underserved youth •    Create engaging communications and content that showcase community impact and inspire participation, with experience in tools such as PowerPoint, video editing, Photoshop, or InDesign considered a plus •    Build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders to amplify the impact of sport and community initiatives WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE •    Bespoke internship program activities designed to build skills through meaningful work, dedicated learning opportunities, and meaningful connections •    Being part of a diverse cohort of interns that will expand your network through social, cultural, sporting, and professional development events •    The Nike Inc ELC Campus, where innovation, creativity, and sport shape how teams work every day, with access to on-site fitness facilities •    Work in a hybrid environment that combines in-person collaboration and community with the flexibility of two days from home USEFUL INFORMATION START DATE: February 2027 DURATION: 3 months TO APPLY: Click ‘Apply Now’ to submit your CV in English no later than 11 October 2027 Successful candidates will be contacted by early November for the first stage of the selection.
