Role overview

Collaborate with HR teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and the employee experience
Support HR programs, policies, and documentation while helping ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across EMEA
Develop and track metrics, reports, and scorecards that help measure impact and support business objectives
Contribute to key HR initiatives across talent, employee experience, benefits, payroll, and early career programs

To be successful in the role our interns must be self-starters who want to drive innovation to win as a team.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree/or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Law, or a related field
Interested in people, culture, and talent development, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
