As an Infrastructure Services Intern, you will work alongside experienced IT professionals and contribute to initiatives across network infrastructure, cloud platforms, servers, storage, endpoint management, identity and access management, and enterprise technology operations.

In this role, you will help analyze, support, and improve infrastructure services while developing practical experience with industry-standard tools, processes, and technologies.

You'll participate in troubleshooting, automation, documentation, system monitoring, and project-based work that directly supports business operations.

What You'll Do • Assist with infrastructure operations and support activities across multiple technology domains. • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

• Support cloud, server, storage, endpoint, and network-related projects. • Help maintain system documentation, standards, and operational procedures.

• Collaborate with IT teams on automation, process improvement, and technology modernization initiatives. • Analyze system performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

What We're Looking For • Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Interest in enterprise infrastructure technologies and IT operations. • Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively.

• Exposure to networking, operating systems, cloud technologies, scripting, or infrastructure concepts is a plus. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to build foundational infrastructure skills, work on meaningful projects, and gain exposure to a wide range of enterprise technologies in a collaborative and innovative environment.
