Novartis is unable to offer relocation support: please only apply if accessible. Key Responsibilities • Analyze regional supply chain performance through key metrics, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

• Consolidate and validate data from multiple countries into accurate, structured datasets. • Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, trackers, and performance review materials.

• Transform operational data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making. • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data visibility, and KPI management.

• Support automation and artificial intelligence initiatives to streamline repetitive activities. • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to enhance processes, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Essential Requirements • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Technology. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, preparation, and pivot tables. • Ability to work confidently with large datasets and identify meaningful insights.

• Advanced English communication skills and intermediate Spanish proficiency. • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
