Job Responsibilities - Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and document management across different departments (e.g., HR, Marketing, Finance, Legal).

- Support project coordination activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and tracking progress. - Conduct research and compile information to support ongoing initiatives and strategic planning.

- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and procedures. - Collaborate with team members on various assignments, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.

- Assist with event planning and logistical support for internal or external company activities. - Provide general office support as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Qualifications - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Law, or a related non-technical field.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn. - Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
