- Able to work independently, manage confidential information, and perform well under pressure.
Preferred, not required
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Thai labor law is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and understand English documents; written English proficiency is a plus.
- Interest in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and HR compliance is preferred.

• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and labor-related initiatives. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information, follow up on action items, and support HR projects.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks and special projects as assigned. Qualifications • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resource Management, Political Science, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Thai labor law is highly preferred. • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Proactive, hands-on, and willing to support event preparation and operational activities. • Experience in organizing university activities, events, or student projects is an advantage.

Preferred Skills: • Critical thinking and sound judgment. • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and emotional maturity. • Presentation, facilitation, or MC experience is a plus.
