Cutting edge laboratory research requires integration of software tools with benchwork to facilitate and increase our knowledge from experimental results.

The co-op will become familiar with software (such as failure analysis, statistical analysis and/or formulation design) to improve experimental efficiency, capture meaningful trends from data sets, and provide more advanced analysis for an innovative materials science project.

BASIC FUNCTION: As a Co-Op, you will apply highly developed specialist knowledge and skills in performing complicated physical and/or chemical analyses on calcium carbonate or products containing calcium carbonate according to established and experimental laboratory methods.

Use advanced analytical and area specific instrumentation as well as industry specific processing methods. Responsible for logging in samples, entering data, and reporting data.
