Digital Technology team, this internship offers hands-on experience supporting and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure. The role provides opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist end users, and contribute to technology projects that enable efficient business operations.

YOUR IMPACT • Provide PC hardware, software, and application support across departments. • Set up, configure, and deploy computers, peripherals, and mobile devices for users.

• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues related to hardware, connectivity, and system performance. • Support IT projects involving network connectivity, virtualization, and network integration.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for installations, maintenance, and warranty services. • Collaborate with Business Analysts to align infrastructure support with business needs.

• Document support processes and contribute to IT improvement initiatives. • Engage with the broader Oshkosh Digital Technology community as part of our People First culture.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field for the entire duration of the internship.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, PC hardware, and peripheral devices. • Familiarity with Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 tools.

• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and tools. • Experience with Microsoft SCCM preferred. • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with Apple mobile devices and audiovisual systems. • Dell and/or HP PC Warranty Service Certification a plus. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Willing to work up to 40 hours per week during the internship period. ​ Pay Range: $18.

00 - $37.00 The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
