Internship – APAC RIO (Regulatory)

Role Description & Responsibilities • The purpose of the internship role is to support the Regional Regulatory Hub by providing administrative and operational duties to the manager and department • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc.

, to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases; • Explore and leverage knowledge with Internal system such as ARIBA, PO , GCMA, ACM, HR on Demand, BT on Demand • Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts; • Assist regulatory team for multiple country document preparation • Any other Ad hoc operations support.
