Job Title Co-op - Electrical Engineering - Latham, NY - January-July 2027 Job Description Are you interested in a co-op opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) degree to participate in 6 month co-op opportunities at our site in Latham, NY.

Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company. In this Electrical Engineering co-op, you will focus primarily on testing key components to support the development and maintenance of superconducting MRI magnet products and technologies.

Your role: • Assist in the design, assembly, and testing of electronic controllers and superconducting magnets. • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues related to printed circuit boards.

• Collaborate with engineers and scientists to develop and implement design solutions. • Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate the performance and reliability of prototypes.

• Document test results and provide detailed reports on findings and recommendations. You're the right fit if: • You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering disciplines.

• You have hands-on experience in a laboratory setting, setting up and executing test protocols. • You have knowledge of safety protocols and standards in a lab environment.

• You have experience with 3D modeling, circuit design and analysis tools, finite element analysis and other engineering tools. • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• You are self-motivated with a strong desire to learn. • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

• Learn more about our culture. Philips Transparency Details The hourly pay range for this position is $26.00 to $29.00, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
