2027 Summer Internship Program – Public Finance

Our public finance group provides underwriting and financial advisory services to state & local governments and not-for-profit entities. Supported by a broad national platform, our expert teams leverage localized knowledge to facilitate the issuance of taxable and tax-exempt debt across a range of sectors including state & local government, charter schools, cultural & social service nonprofits, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, project finance, K-12 school districts, senior living, and transportation.

Learn more about our public finance team  here . Responsibilities: • Work within, create, and update Microsoft Excel spreadsheets • Use certain industry-standard software to calculate debt schedules, sources & uses etc.

• Occasionally attend meetings with senior staff; prepare deliverables to support those meetings • Assist Public Finance team with projects and assignments Requirements: • Excellent oral, written communication, research, and problem-solving skills • Strong analytical ability with proven interest in financial markets • Detail oriented • Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.

Knowledge of Tableau is a plus but not required • This internship opportunity is open to undergraduate students who graduate in December 2027 or Spring 2028.
