As a Internal Audit intern within PNC's Internal Audit organization, you will be based in either Pittsburgh, PA. Cleveland, OH, Raleigh, NC. or Birmingham, AL.

During this 10 - week program ,   you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a specific line of business, expand the tools   you need to launch your   career   and complement your education with real-world job experience.

Internal Audit   is responsible for   providing assurance on the effectiveness of PNC’s risk management, control and governance processes to the audit committee and board of directors .

PNC Auditors provide independent, objective   assurance   and consulting services designed to add value and recommend improvements to the organization’s operations .

Internal Audit   accomplishes   this through the following key strategies: • We Function as One Team to Execute a Risk-Based Audit Approach • We Value Data Analytics, Automation and Continuous Monitoring Techniques • We Strive for Efficiency and Seek to Continuously Enhance the Effectiveness of the Audit Function • We Recruit, Develop, Provide, and Retain Great Talent ​ PNC Auditors   participate   in a wide variety of audit opportunities under the guidance and supervision of more experienced audit personnel.

Assigned duties may include the following responsibilities: • Exposure to the audit process,   issues   management, and continuous monitoring. • Testing internal control systems and compliance with established audit policies and procedures.

• Assisting   in performing and documenting audit procedures used to appraise the soundness and adequacy of internal control systems. • Assisting   in performing transactions and functional testing of books and records.

Education No Degree Pay Transparency Base Salary: $25.24 – $42.07 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
