PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. Job Description As a PNC Intern, you will   participate   in a "best -in-class" internship program .

During this 10 - week program you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a specific line of business, expand the tools you need to launch your career, and complement your education with real-world job experience.

PNC Realty Services strives to provide safe, comfortable, functional, well   located   and aesthetically pleasing space at the lowest cost possible while meeting the needs of PNC employees and customers.

We also strive to provide “best in class”   service   by understanding our   customer’s   operations,   strategic challenges,   concerns   and priorities.

We will provide our customers with options to meet their needs and to execute those options in the fastest   way possible . We deliver   timely   execution of real estate   strategy   making space available when and where the customer needs it.

Finally, we must be accessible to   all of   our constituencies with seamless communication systems and organizational clarity. Interns will   participate   in   one   or two   of the   following   areas : • Corporate   Workplace • The Corporate Workplace group   is responsible for   the portfolio-wide space   utilization   strategy focusing on long-term   objectives , execution and implementation of approved   strategy   and tactical planning decisions.

• Design and Construction • The   Design & Construction   team   is responsible for   all construction projects such as renovation and new work that is undertaken at all PNC   major buildings, retail branches,   and affiliate buildings.

This group directs the activities of design professionals, general contractors, construction managers, internal service   partners   and other vendors.

• Operations • The Operations group   is responsible for   day-to-day management of facilities and mechanical support. The team   is responsible for   property and project management, building safety, disaster remediation, work   orders   and asset preservation .

Additionally, sub-teams include Guest Services, ADA/Compli a nce, as well as Mechanical,   Engineering   and Plumbing (MEP). • Project Management Office (PMO ) • Realty   Services'   Project Management Office (PMO) ensures successful delivery of real estate initiatives across the organization.

• Real Estate Development • Realty Services' Real Estate Development team lead s   the site selection and acquisition of new   branch   real estate . • Risk and Governance • Risk and Governance is   a centralized team that   is   comprised   of several sub-segments servicing key Realty Services needs while   maintaining   a moderate risk profile.

Sub-segments   include:     Risk   & Compliance, Vendor   Management,   Procurement,   Project Financials, Environmental Services,   Energy &   Sustainability, and Enterprise Real Estate Project Management .

) • Transactions • The Transactions   specializes   in portfolio management, site   selection , contract negotiation, disposition, acquisition, payments, lease audit, reconciliation,   abstraction   and leasing.

They manage all building and land transactions for owned and leased retail and major building properties where PNC serves as both tenant and landlord.

Required Education and Experience : • Working toward   Bachelor's Degree , Preferred business relevant majors (e.g. Finance, Accounting, IT, Economics, Marketing, Math, Statistics, HR, Management, Communications, Business Law, Psychology, Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Actuarial Sciences),   s ophomore or junior status, Minimum GPA 3.

0 ​ Participates   as an intern in the PNC summer internship program. • Performs or   assist   the core activities of the group by applying knowledge learned to drive business results ( e.

g.   deal, sales, or process support, internal or external customer interaction, or supporting internal projects). Works under   supervision and   may have limited approval and/or exception authority.

• Participates in social learning within the organization ( e.g.   identifies   and networks with business representatives and peers,   participates   in mentoring, job   shadowing   and community outreach).

Includes individuals joining the organization through a Corporate development/ training program. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
