Find out more at www.pwc.com. About Business Recovery Services: An internship with the Business Recovery Services team offers a dynamic opportunity to work on complex corporate insolvency and restructuring matters.

You will support clients facing financial distress, legal disputes and formal insolvency processes, including judicial management and liquidation. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will help deliver practical, commercially focused solutions that support business recovery, preserve value and achieve orderly outcomes in challenging circumstances.

Key Responsibilities: As an Intern / Trainee, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, supporting the delivery of corporate insolvency, restructuring and business recovery solutions from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities and expectations for this role include, but are not limited to: • De monstrating curiosity, initiative and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment; • Gaining insight of how the firm operates and delivers value to clients across insolvency and restructuring engagements; • Analysing data, financial information, and other relevant facts critically and with great attention to detail; • Supporting research, financial analysis and problem-solving activities using a range of tools and techniques; • Assisting in the preparation of clear, accurate , and high-quality deliverables in accordance with the relevant professional standards; • Keeping up to date with developments in insolvency, restructuring and related technical areas; • Communicating clearly, confidently and professionally, both verbally and in written materials; and • Working collaboratively with team members while respecting diverse perspectives and engaging constructively with differing viewpoints.

What We Are Looking for: • Students across a broad range of disciplines, including Accountancy, Business Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Law, Engineering, Computer Science and Finance, from local or overseas universities.

• Strong interest in corporate insolvency and restructuring. • Excellent academic performance (preferably minimum Second-Class Upper Honours or equivalent), as well as a strong track record in co-curricular activities.

• Result-oriented, self-motivator and resourceful team player with strong business acumen and the ability to think critically, laterally and creatively.

• Ability to work independently under pressure, adapt quickly to changing circumstances and perform effectively in dynamic environments. • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills are also essential for success in this role.
