Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Deals Management Level Intern/Trainee Job Description & Summary The Opportunity As a Deals - DDV - People in Deals - Intern, you will engage in projects that support our clients in navigating complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
Within our Advisory practice, you will gain exposure to strategic advice, due diligence, and valuation services, helping clients make informed decisions and maximize value.
As an Intern, you will support teams by participating in projects, focusing on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's methodologies. You will perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments and contributing to the team's success.
In this role at PwC, you will have the opportunity to work within the Deals network, supporting separations and divestitures through carve-out planning and operational separation.

25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
