IT Helpdesk Intern/6 Months Contract

What we are looking for from a candidate: • Best fit for students at Cybernetics, Computer Sciences or Technology faculties; • Ability to adapt to a fast and demanding environment; • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with end users; • A fundamental understanding of operating systems (like Windows and macOS); • Ability to analyze and diagnose basic technical problems and find quick solutions; • Ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize tasks to ensure prompt resolution of user issues; • Adherence to work schedule and deadlines; • Taking responsibility for one's actions and tasks and ensuring they are completed to high standards; • Attention to Detail; • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to the team's common goals; What will you do as an intern?
