Role overview

We are looking for a new junior colleague to join our team located in Brno for the internship position in our Risk Management and Modelling team.
Our team conducts projects for leading Czech and international financial institutions (primarily banks), providing consultancy services in the area of qualitative and quantitative risk management.
We support our clients in the area of loan underwriting and monitoring, model development and validation, regulatory compliance, ESG, data management and AI use-cases in risk management.
Our typical projects are transformation of risk management function, remediation of regulatory findings, development and validation of credit risk models, due diligence as well as assistance with a bank’s in-depth regulatory compliance audit or regulatory inspection.

You are pursuing a Master’s degree or in the third year of your Bachelor’s in economics, finance/banking, mathematics, or econometrics.
