As part of a dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to propose and implement automation and streamline processes where applicable. What will you do?
• Provide administrative support to the trading desk. • Assist in the input the reconciliation of previous day trading activity. • Act as a liaison between trading and operations staff.
• Ensure timely and accurate settlement of all trades. • Identify trade settlement issues while offering solutions to minimize risks or costs. • Pro-actively offer solutions for streamlining processes and/or procedures What do you need to succeed?
Must Have • Knowledge of Excel with the ability to use and maintain macros. • Must be a self-starter that can thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Strong oral and written skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues. • Team player with a positive attitude. Nice to Have • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to investigate intricate trade discrepancies and recommend a course of action.
