- Manage core office administration activities and provide timely, efficient, and accurate administrative support for day-to-day Regional operations
- Assist Officers with all administrative functions, including coordinating client meetings, preparing documentation, managing filing systems, and organizing client presentations
- Contribute to defined projects and tasks under direct supervision, and provide backup support for Regional colleagues as needed
Requirements and eligibility
- Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients and do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs.
- In order to be eligible for these student positions, you must either:
- If you are not returning back to school (that is, are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully
- Ability to make a difference and lasting impact

- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or STEP Canada Estate and Trust related courses

Job Description RBC Royal Trust provides students the opportunity to gain in-depth, hands-on experience in estate administration while working and learning alongside our experienced professionals.
As an Estate Administrator, you'll provide essential support to our Officers, helping clients achieve peace of mind during important life transitions by settling estates, protecting legacies, and strengthening the communities we serve.
What will you do? • Support all groups within Royal Trust with reporting and control of key risk activities, contributing to the overall success of the Regional team • Manage core office administration activities and provide timely, efficient, and accurate administrative support for day-to-day Regional operations • Assist Officers with all administrative functions, including coordinating client meetings, preparing documentation, managing filing systems, and organizing client presentations • Provide proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and attention to detail.
Liaise with various departments for execution, where necessary. • Facilitate quality client service by promptly responding to inquiries in a professional manner and addressing client concerns • Ensure all account information on internal systems is up to date, complete, and accurate in compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements • Maintain comprehensive written, verbal, and electronic communications with internal and external contacts, as well as clients • Investigate administrative inquiries and errors, referring complex issues appropriately to Senior Officers • Contribute to defined projects and tasks under direct supervision, and provide backup support for Regional colleagues as needed • Understand and follow all RBC processes and policies What do you need to succeed?
Must have • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients and do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs.
