Our goal is to build a strong pipeline of future talent and strengthen our workforce across Wealth Management divisions. Over the ten-week summer program, participants will have the opportunity to: Gain hands-on experience: Work alongside high-performing teams in your assigned business area, gaining practical exposure to wealth advisory, portfolio management, financial planning, operations, compliance, or client services.

Learn from RBC leadership: Participate in virtual and in-person speaker series featuring RBC executives who share insights on career development, industry trends, and pathways to success in wealth management.

Build your professional network: Engage with fellow summer interns and full-time team members through networking events and community involvement opportunities, creating meaningful connections and expanding your professional circle.

Multiple intern positions are available across RBC Wealth Management's businesses, offering hands-on experience in wealth advisory, investment management, financial analysis, estate and trust services, business operations, and strategic projects in both client-facing and operational environments.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? • Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field • Graduating December 2027 or Spring 2028 • Basic market knowledge and a demonstrated keen interest in the financial markets • Strong analytical and personal skills • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, business sense and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in high pressure environments • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas recommended: Customer Service, Accounting, Financial Planning/Analysis, Data Entry WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
