WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We're looking for curious, driven students who want real hands-on experience building something that matters. Slate interns aren't fetching coffee—they're working alongside experienced engineers, designers, and operators who are standing up a new American vehicle manufacturer from the ground up.

If you're studying engineering, manufacturing, business, design, supply chain, IT, or a related field and want to see how a startup actually builds a vehicle company, we want to hear from you.

We hire interns across a wide range of disciplines and are especially interested in meeting students at this event who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow with us.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO: • Work on real projects that directly support Slate's mission—not busy work. • Partner with experienced mentors and cross-functional teams to solve meaningful problems.

• Get exposure to how a fast-moving, mission-driven manufacturing company actually operates, from concept to production. • Take ownership of deliverables and see the impact of your work firsthand.

• Build your professional network within the automotive and manufacturing industry. • Learn directly from leaders across engineering, operations, and business functions.

• Grow your skills in a culture that values initiative, curiosity, and continuous improvement. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM: • Education Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Design, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience No professional experience required—we're looking for potential, not a resume. Relevant coursework, projects, clubs, or prior internships are a plus.

Skills • Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment. • Solid communication and collaboration skills. • Comfort working with ambiguity and figuring things out along the way.
