Start date : January 2027 Duration : End of June 2027 Department  : High Jewelry Retail Business Development team, Retail Expertise department MISSIONS: As part of the High Jewelry Retail Business Development team, you will participate in business development tasks and collaborate on the organization of seminars and training to develop High Jewelry Sales Associates of the Maison: Seminar and training Coordination • Assisting in the preparation of international seminars and programs (Team gathering, Watch Board, High Jewelry Board, cultural programs) • Coordinating kick-off and task force meeting with different stakeholders and departments • Supporting the follow-up of the participants (welcome letters, attendance tracking…) • Managing logistics and suppliers (restaurants, hotels, services, etc.

) • Conducting surveys and presentations to track the satisfaction for each event Business Analysis and content creation • Assisting in the preparation of meeting agenda, notes and presentations • Analysing data and KPIs to provide insights on High Jewelry business performance (post-event report, end of fiscal year report, etc.

) Operational support • Supporting in the development of training paths and content for the High Jewelry Sales Associates • Collaborating with key stakeholders within the Maison, in particular Regional High Jewelry, Marketing and Communication teams on relevant topics • Providing day-to-day operational support to the team and the department PROFILE: • Business School, University, or equivalent of BAC+5 • Analytical mindset, solution-driven, and detail-oriented • Willingness to learn, proactive, organized, and creative • Interest in High Jewelry with sensibility in service excellence SKILLS: • Skilled in data analysis, specifically Excel (Pivot table, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, charts & graph creation) & PPT presentation • Great communications skills, in English and French Afin de faciliter votre intégration, nous vous proposerons une formation à l’histoire et aux valeurs de la Maison au sein de L’École des Arts Joailliers.
