HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? - Define and implement the IT Security strategy within the assigned scope, ensuring alignment with the Group Security strategy and long-term business objectives of the organizational unit(s).

- Lead the development and execution of strategies for significant areas of responsibility, anticipating complex issues, challenges, and opportunities, and ensuring integration with the broader corporate strategy.

- Provide authoritative specialist advice to the leadership team to guide policy implementation and the design and execution of projects and change initiatives.

- Manage area budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. - Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and guidelines for significant areas of responsibility, ensuring compliance with external requirements and integration with the corporate policy framework.

- Foster partnering relationships with senior executives, building professional credibility and mutual trust, and ensuring access to high-quality advice and guidance to support business strategy and plans.

- Contribute to the development of corporate strategy, applying functional expertise to test viability and support strategy formation with creative ideas and insights.

- Develop and gain agreement on annual business plans, ensuring alignment with strategy, quantifying business outcomes, detailing expense and headcount budgets, and developing business cases for key projects.

- Communicate the function's strategy and its relationship to the organization's mission, vision, and values; clarify actions needed to implement this strategy; motivate people to commit to the mission, vision, and values and achieve business goals.

- Manage and report on the performance of the function/business area; set performance objectives for direct reports and hold individuals accountable; take corrective action where necessary to ensure achievement of business objectives.

- Define the organization structure for a business area, aligning with corporate principles, defining relationships between elements of the organization, and responsibilities of senior managers to achieve business objectives.

- Identify and develop capabilities needed to meet current and emerging business needs; evaluate current capabilities, identify gaps, prioritize development activities, and motivate others to develop their capabilities.

- Represent the organization in industry, institutional, and professional forums, boards, and committees to promote the company brand or efforts; prepare presentations and materials for professional partnering meetings, seminars, and conferences.
