Business Performance Intern

Starting date: As soon as possible. Duration: 6 months Please note that we can only consider your application if you are enrolled at a university program for the entire duration of the internship.

MAIN PURPOSE: The main purpose of this role is to use expertise to identify areas for improvements and to support implementation of initiatives related to systems optimization, automation,  improved visibility and reporting, using a fresh, creative and innovative view.

In this role you will work alongside contacts at both local and international levels. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT: Business Performance and Analytics: • Support the implementation, tracking and improving standard KPIs and activity drivers, • Support the development of automated dashboards to ensure correct monitoring of performance, • Support initiatives which drive simplification of ways of working, increase of productivity and reduce of non-value-added activities.

Automation: • Support the identification of data automation opportunities and the implementation process in close collaboration with our European markets and IT department in Switzerland.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US: • You are doing ideally a Master's degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering or related disciplines.

• You are highly analytical and detail oriented. • You have knowledge of Data Visualization (Looker, Power BI), Automation tools is a plus. • You are fluent in English.
