We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM Intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for and good knowledge of the luxury market and its discerning clientele.
The CRM intern will be instrumental in supporting our CRM initiatives, working closely with the Regional CRM Manager and retail boutique teams to support, plan and execute regional CRM events to support client recruitment and retention.
PLAYING YOUR PART You will be supporting Vacheron Constantin's CRM initiatives. Your responsibilities include: CRM System Operations and Data Management: • Support the operational management of key CRM platforms, including Salesforce and The View clienteling app.
• Assist in client data operations, generating comprehensive clienteling reports from Salesforce for various targeted initiatives (e.g. events, birthdays, re-engagement) and facilitating client reassignment processes within Salesforce.
• Oversee data capture and registration site management for local marketing campaigns using the group approved data capture and event management platforms.
CRM Reporting and Analytics Support: • Prepare detailed materials for monthly regional CRM review meetings, utilizing LOOKER and Salesforce reporting tools.
Client Communication and Engagement: • Support the planning and development of local newsletter briefs for regional emailing campaigns. • Creation and execution of clienteling outreach campaigns in the clienteling app.
Events, Client Hospitality, Gifting and Client Treatment Coordination: • Support coordination of international, regional, and local client and affinity events and client hospitality visits, collaborating closely with retail boutique teams and Headquarters.
• Assist management of administrative aspects such as creating new vendor accounts in SAP, and tracking vendor payments and expenses, planning of event programme and rundown, invitation and RSVP to ensure smooth execution of all events.
CRM Tools & Documentation Management: • Facilitate the creation, updating, and maintenance of regional CRM documents and tracker such as the SEAO boutique activation and affinity partnership calendar and in-boutique activation RSVP and gift inventory tracker to ensure operational efficiency.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL? • You possess a genuine passion for and in-depth knowledge of the luxury market and its clientele. • You have excellent proficiency in Excel for data processing and analysis, and PowerPoint for creating impactful proposals and presentations.
You also exhibit strong communication and task management skills and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. • You are highly adaptable to change and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
You are responsible and professional in handling sensitive Maison and client information. • You are a proactive individual with strong project management and time management skills.
You maintain a positive attitude, are an effective team player, and demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn and develop within the CRM domain.
