How long, when and with whom? According to your affinity, you will join our departments for: 6 MONTHS INTERNSHIPS starting in MARCH in GENEVA, SWITZERLAND .

Our CRM teams are looking forward to welcoming you. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? • Ensuring coordination with markets and providing support for their local needs, making sure it aligns with the global CRM strategy.

• Collaborating closely with activation and product teams to collect final deliverables (translations, visuals, GIFs). • Producing and testing our emails, SMS, MMS, Whatsapp, etc.

, and assisting with the implementation of these activations (Clienteling, Newsletters, Whatsapp, MMS). • Support the CRM Team in further deploying and leveraging our Clienteling tool and Strategy in close collaboration with our Client Activation Manager.

Both in BTQ and CRC’s. WHAT ABOUT YOU ? • You are looking for an internship as part of your studies (Master) from September • You have a good mastery of MS Office Suite.

• You are fluent in English and French including excellent writing skills in both languages, and you are proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • You are known for your Project Management skills and anlytical thinking.

• You have experience in Salesforce Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud is a plus. What you can expect from us? All of our interns have a key role in our day-to-day business success.
