The Position Job Purpose: • Support the Business Services team in delivering internal events and culture-building initiatives. • Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities: Event Coordination • Support the planning and execution of internal events (e.g., Let’s Connect, team activities, celebrations).

• Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, materials, vendors, invitations, and on-site support. • Assist in preparing agendas, presentations, and communication materials.

Culture & Employee Engagement • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee engagement. • Support the organization of team-building activities and internal campaigns.

• Help gather feedback and ideas to improve the overall workplace experience. Administrative & Compliance Support • Execute LHDN (Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri) document stamping efficiently, ensuring all compliance and timeline requirements are met.

• Actively review the LHDN stamping workflow and other routine administrative tasks to identify and implement process improvements that save time and reduce friction.

• Assist with general administrative duties for the Business Services team. • Maintain clear documentation, event trackers, and internal calendars. • Support cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.

Education / Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
