Job Description Internships within Lifecycle Services (LCS) provide unique opportunities to develop your engineering, analytical, and customer centric skills.

As a Continuous Improvement Intern you will... • Create the Monthly Managed & Support Services (MMS) Contract List – referenced by Infrastructure Support & Maintenance (ISM), Cyber Professional Service (CPS), Customer Support & Maintenance (CSM) and Portfolio (close to 200 people) • Perform Monthly Business Partner ID List updates – drives customer access to the support line Globally and serves all Managed Support Services customers • Help create and publish work Instructions for the team.

(Best practices and unwritten knowledge) • Track 30-60-90-day expired contracts to create cost and resource savings • Statement of Work / Proposal Review for alignment with contract entitlements to ensure we are only servicing what is in the contract.

The Essentials - You Will Have: • Active enrollment in a four year or advanced degree program at an accredited university • Legal authorization to work in the U.
