If you're passionate about building customer relationships and delivering solutions that foster success, this is the place for you. You will work in hybrid model of work with office in Katowice.

With flexible hours between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. You will report to Credit Management Team Lead. Your Responsibilities: • Get familiar with portfolio and processes, • Contact assigned customers/company partners like AR Team or Customer Care for additional information where needed to resolve open/disputed items, • Take care of the shared mailbox.

The Essentials – You Will Have: • Good command of English (written and spoken) • Active student status The Preferred – You Might Also Have: • Knowledge of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)/SAP, • Previous experience in Shared Services.
