That's Infinite Potential. Role Overview: You’ll collaborate with global and local counterparts to provide engineering support to the business, helping to achieve key supply chain objectives, support engine repair and maintenance activities, respond to customers’ technical enquiries and identify opportunities for improvement by actively observing current processes.
What you’ll be doing: • Working with technical drawings, parts cataloguing systems and other technical documents to determine correctness of part numbers, solutions to quality and physical discrepancies and part number supersession to support the end-to-end supply chain process • Collaborating with global counterparts (e.
g., Germany) and local internal stakeholders (e.g., order management, customer support team) to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of parts and solutions to customers in the Asia Pacific region • Maintaining material master data in the SAP system to support order processing, efficient tracking of engine spare parts inventory and obsolescence management • Using customs reports to manage mass material master data checks and updating • Monitoring and tracking material master creations and changes to monitor team performance and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Drawing up maintenance parts proposals to support Life Cycle Costing calculations • Initiating and contributing to improvements in supply chain processes to enhance logistical efficiency • Performing any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor Who we’re looking for: • University students pursuing a degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management • Team player with a positive learning attitude, who are self-motivated and willing to take initiative • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail • Quick to understand new concepts and capable of seeing ideas through to completion Our behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
