That's Infinite Potential. Role Overview: This internship focuses on performing efficient maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable operation of equipment and systems.

Responsibilities include executing tasks accurately and effectively to meet customer expectations and achieve overall satisfaction. What you’ll be doing: • Learning and adhering to safety procedures in accordance with company requirements • Upholding all HSE standards with zero tolerance for deviations to ensure a safe and compliant work environment • Learning processes and carrying out dismantling, cleaning and assembling engine components • Learning and performing engine component measurements using tools accurately and effectively • Developing and applying knowledge of diesel engine systems to accurately troubleshoot and resolve failures • Promptly reporting any improper or unsafe conditions in the workshop area to the supervisor • Continuously enhancing technical expertise in engine repair and overhaul to support departmental goals and deliver precise, high-quality service that ensures customer satisfaction Who we’re looking for: • Minimum enrolment in a technical vocational school (SMK) or pursuing a Diploma 3 (D3) in a related field • Strong interpersonal skills • Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Proficient in both written and spoken English • This internship is based in our Balikpapan Office Our behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
