That's Infinite Potential. Role Overview: This internship provides practical exposure to Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) activities within a global engineering and technology organisation.

The intern will support the HSE team in monitoring workplace safety and environmental performance, maintaining HSE systems and data, following up corrective actions, and contributing to HSE improvement initiatives and awareness campaigns.

The role offers hands-on experience in areas such as workplace inspections, risk management, incident follow-up, environmental and waste management, HSE reporting, and employee engagement.

The intern will also have opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement projects and develop practical skills in HSE data analysis, communication and project coordination.

What you’ll be doing: • Supporting HSE monitoring and follow-up activities by tracking inspection findings, corrective actions, incident follow-ups, risk assessments and other open HSE actions • Supporting workplace safety activities including safety inspections, Safety Walks, awareness initiatives, safety campaigns and follow-up of identified improvement opportunities • Supporting environmental and waste management activities by collecting and analysing waste and environmental data, maintaining records, and assisting with improvement initiatives • Compiling, analysing and visualising HSE data for internal reports, dashboards, presentations and management reviews using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint • Supporting HSE communication and engagement activities by preparing safety alerts, posters, presentations, quizzes, campaign materials and other employee awareness content • Maintaining HSE records and systems including training records, inspection records, permits, audit documentation and other HSE-related information • Supporting continuous improvement projects by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality and strengthen HSE practices Who we’re looking for: • University students studying Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Public Health or related subjects • Basic understanding of workplace health and safety and environmental management; knowledge of ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 is an advantage • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in working with HSE data and identifying improvement opportunities • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualisation, dashboards or digital tools is an advantage • Excellent attention to detail and good document and information management skills • Strong organisational skills with effective time management and the ability to manage multiple tasks • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while independently managing assigned tasks • Creative and proactive, with an interest in developing engaging HSE communication and awareness initiatives • Willingness to learn, ask questions and work in an operational environment Our behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
