[What the role is] Support community programmes and events while gaining exposure to resident engagement, event coordination, and operational planning.
The internship also provides opportunities to develop analytical thinking and problem-solving skills through real-world community and operational challenges.
[What you will be working on] • Understanding Community Engagement through the interaction with residents and GRLs • Develop Administrative and Organisational skills through the logistics coordination of programmes and events • Strengthen analytical and problem-solving skills by responding to on-site queries from residents, and assisting colleague in addressing operational challenges • To provide administrative support for upcoming GROs events, Seniors’ Luncheon, CNY Mandarin Oranges Distribution, Edusave Merit Bursary Award Presentation Ceremonies, MAEC Break Fast and Porridge Distribution and Bazar Raya Utara.
• To provide administrative support at the CC counter to share upcoming GROs activities. [What we are looking for] • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. • Willingness to engage residents and support community programmes and events.
• Possesses strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
